Today at the 2018 Power Morphicon 6 Hasbro Toys, Collectibles and Games Power Hour panel at the Anaheim Convention Center we got the reveal of the first line of Power Rangers toys that Hasbro will produce and the first figure in said POWER RANGERS: LIGHTNING COLLECTION!
Hasbro’s Power Rangers: Lightning Collection will be the equivalent of the current Bandai America’s Power Rangers Legacy line and comparable to Hasbro’s Marvel’s Legends, and Star Wars’ Black Series lines.
The line will include action figures that will emphasize quality and include Power Rangers from the 25-year history, each with a premium design. The Lightning Collection will be released in Spring 2019, will stand at six-inches, feature 27 morphenominal points of articulation, will include weapons, accessories, swappable heads (and possible other swappable accessories), and each figure sell for $19.99. Only the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers White Ranger with swappable heads and Saba were shown with the promise that more from the franchise’s 25-year legacy will be included.
