Do We Need Another Superman Show?

DC Comics and The CW announced a new Superman TV show with Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch, who have appeared as Superman/Clark Kent and Lois Lane in the CW shows in the past. We discuss whether we really need another Superman TV show or not as a predecessor to George Reeves’ Adventures of Superman, Tom Welling’s Smallville, Dean Cain’s Adventures of Lois and Clark, and now Melissa Benoist’s Supergirl, which is still currently on air.

The show will have their superhero antics take a backseat, as it sees them try to “deal with all of the stress, pressures, and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society”.
