Confirming Richie’s queerness – I love it!

There is always some light in the darkness. Glad to see the family still together and May save the day.
 

Honorable Mention: Dark Ages #1 – Taylor’s Girls

 

 

Nice seeing Laura and Gaby show up under the pen of Tom Taylor again!

 

5. Teen Titans Academy #6 – Always Time for Ice Cream

 

 

 

One of the bright spots of this issue and just a funny exchange. That would totally be me.

 

4. Wonder Girl #3 – Not as Planned

 

 

Well, that weapon didn’t quite work as expected, huh? Sorry, Yara!

 

3. Static Season One #3 – Nod to the Classic

 

 

This was a nice throwback with an updated version of that classic comic costume for Static.

 

2. Last Annihilation: Wiccan and Hulkling #1 – The Beginning

 

 

When you know you know. Teddy knew in that moment and it was paced perfectly.

 

1. Fire Power #15 – Weird Life

 

 

 

This was just so funny and served as the best recap line I think I’ve ever read!

 

 

5. Wonder Girl #3 – Exhausting

 

 

 

Artemis does not look like she will have the patience for Cassie’s high energy personality.

 

4. Wonder Girl #3 – Brains & Brawn

 

 

We have the brains and the brawn. Cassie makes it a point on who is the smarter one of the two. Though, she is a huge fan of Artemis.

 

3. Dark Ages #1 – Our Daughter

 

 

I thought it was so cute seeing young May on the ceiling. I’m very happy she is in this book.

 

2. Dark Ages #1 – Play Time Is Over

 

 

A great scene between the the spider Family on the importance of being on the floor and not the ceiling.

 

1. Dark Ages #1 – The Loss of Scarlet Witch

 

   

 

Things just got serious with the loss of Wanda. That was crazy! Look how pissed Vision was!!
