Ever since SDCC 2015 we have been finding out that Arrow Season 4 will feature some major changes including Ollie getting a new costume, the City being renamed Star City, Ollie taking the name Green Arrow, and most recently the unveiling of their brand new headquaters the Arrow Bunker.
